Sellers, CPA, AEP®, was elected President of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) during its Annual Conference held November 20-22, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sellers has been in practice for more than 27 years and specializes in estate, gift and trust tax planning and preparation. He is a leader of the Firm's Estate and Trust Practice Group, and is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee and Strategic Initiative Group. During his eight prior years of board service on the board of directors of NAEPC, Sellers served in the Association's Treasurer and Secretary offices, Chairman of the AEP® Designation Committee and Chairman of the Council Relations Committee. He was also a member of the organization's Website/Technology Committee and a past director for the NAEPC Education Foundation. Sellers is a past president of the Montgomery Estate Planning Council, and served on their Board of Directors for eight years.


NAEPC is a national non-profit organization of professional estate planners and affiliated estate planning councils focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and educational standards in the estate planning profession, including the development and maintenance of the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) and Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS) designations.  NAEPC currently consists of approximately 250 local estate planning councils and their 28,000 members throughout the United States.
