CLEVELAND - SS&G Parkland is proud to announce the promotion of Tami Bolder to associate director.

Tami Bolder, CPA/ABV, ASA, MBA, DBA, specializes in business valuation and litigation consulting services for SS&G Parkland Consulting. She is primarily responsible for the preparation of business valuations of professional practices and manufacturing and retail companies, for estate and gift tax, domestic relations, and other litigation purposes. She also prepares and reviews analyses and reports, determining economic damages and assessing the propriety of other expert's reports. Tami also assists with mergers/acquisitions consulting and financing services for closely held businesses. Prior to SS&G, Tami was a member of the New Ventures Consulting Group of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Cleveland.

Tami received her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in 2012. She holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Akron in accounting/international business, with a minor in Economics. Tami is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Society of Appraisers, and the Center for Principled Family Advocacy. She serves on the membership committee of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, as treasurer of the Youngstown Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and on the programming committee of the City Club of Cleveland. Tami also teaches valuation certification courses for the American Society of Appraisers.
