Nashville, TN - In front of a crowd of 500 people on Tuesday, February 11th, the Nashville Business Journal named Cindy Harper the honoree in their Community Supporter category for Women of Influence. Cindy joins a distinguished group of past winners with some of the most recognized women in business in the Nashville area. This award is recognizes years of hard work and dedication to her passions and unwavering support and commitment to help make our community a better place. Cindy, a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist, is a tax partner at LBMC as well as leader of the LBMC Wealth Management Segment. Cindy Harper has been a driving force behind LBMC's success for the last twenty years. In addition, Cindy is a mentor to our international award-winning young professionals (YPs). Cindy has been instrumental in the development and sponsorship of the Women Initiatives Network (WIN), LBMC's professional women's program, promoting the advancement of women in the profession.
She provides tireless and unwavering support and commitment to help make our community a better place. She is a leading force with the United Way of Williamson County, currently and previously holding the following positions: Emeritus Board Member, Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC and Affiliates Campaign Coordinator, Patricia Hart Society Member, Williamson County Long-Term Recovery Committee Treasurer and past Board Chair and Finance Chair. Cindy has also received the United Way Bill King Award, given to an individual or individuals who demonstrate a commitment to United Way as exemplified by one of United Way long-time partners and friends, William B. King. Not only is Cindy heavily involved with the United Way, she is also on the Board of the Barefoot Republic Camp and is the Business Manager of the Girl Scout Day Camp.
Cindy is a cum laude graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting
