Scottsdale-Cindy Andresen, ASA, Manager has received her Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) Certification in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers. Andresen is a Manager in the Henry & Horne, LLP Valuation and Litigation Support Services Group. She prepares business valuations for clients for various purposes including gift and estate tax reporting, estate planning, annual Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) reporting, divorce, buy/sell, and charitable contributions.

To receive the certification, Andresen was required to have five or more years of full-time appraisal experience and had to pass four exams, including an ethics exam and the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) exam. She also had to submit an appraisal report that demonstrated her proficiency in performing complex appraisal assignments.
