Employees of nominated businesses were questioned with an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The employee survey measured 10 key engagement categories including; team performance, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Responses from each question of each completed survey were compiled and calculated. Companies are ranked and honorees are chosen in each size category according to their overall composite score.
Nashville Business Journal honorees will be recognized during an awards luncheon April 16 at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, when the highest scores in each category will be revealed. Honorees will also be profiled in a special section of the Nashville Business Journal on April 18, 2014.
