Cleveland, Ohio - SS&G was recently honored with a Gold ADDY in the consumer or trade publication category at the 2014 American Advertising Federation (AAF) Akron ADDY Awards. The award recognized SS&G's innovative Words advertising campaign, which appeared in print and online in a number of SS&G markets. It also appeared on a billboard at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

The goal of the Words campaign is to utilize clean, colorful, eye-catching design, a conversational voice, and playful wit to demystify the tax, assurance, accounting, and consulting processes that are normally viewed as tedious and complicated.

"At SS&G, we take great pride in our expertise and ability to provide a wide range of services while remaining approachable and available to clients 24/7. We wanted to showcase this in the Words campaign," said Robert Littman, CEO. "We saw it as an opportunity to invite clients and friends to experience the SS&G difference."

The ADDYs are the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local American Advertising Federation Club competitions. The mission of the ADDYs is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in advertising.
