Lynley has more than15 years experience in the banking and finance industry where she has developed her expertise in building, developing and managing advice and consulting teams as well as portfolios of quality clients.
She currently holds the role of Head of Employee Benefits, where she is responsible for building and driving the strategic direction of the division.
Prior to joining Prosperity, Lynley has worked for organisations including Bank of Scotland and ipac/AXA in Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Her recent roles included Senior Executive for SFG Australia and a two year stint successfully establishing her own financial advice business.
Lynley is focused on developing strong relationships with her clients as well as building strong and capable teams while embedding a client focused culture.
