Bol International is pleased to announce that Eva Warnier has joined the firm as an International Tax Adviser. She will focus on international tax planning, with an emphasis on US - Netherlands cross border work and advising clients entering the Asia market. Eva will advise clients a.o. in setting up holding, finance and intellectual property structures, optimizing the dividend withholding tax position, advise on "substance" matters, beneficial ownership and designing transfer pricing and supply chain policies.  

Eva received her Master of Science in Fiscal Economics at the University of Maastricht and decided first to volunteer at NGO Internet Platform Karmayog in India, Mumbai. She carried out research and provided information with respect to social en civil issues in Mumbai.
Eva has lived in New York City for the past two years and therefore speaks the English language fluently.

For nearly 5½ years Eva worked in the International Tax Structuring team of PwC Amsterdam. She advised both public interest entities and privately owned companies on large scale international tax projects. After this she joined Stryker, a global leader in the medical technology industry as a tax analyst Europe, Middle East and Asia.
