DeWitt began his accounting career with Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball (ABBB) in 1998. He specializes in accounting, tax and business advisory services for the agribusiness industry. In addition, DeWitt has a strong background in the areas of small business taxation and the oil and gas sector.

DeWitt graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA), the Kansas Society of CPAs (KSCPA) and the Fort Hays State University Alumni Association. DeWitt grew up in Prairie View, Kansas and currently resides in Hays with his wife, Michelle, and their three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking projects, reading and golfing.
