Marineau has over 25 years of professional experience in private industry, public accounting, and law. Prior to joining Baden, Marineau was a tenured Professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he taught courses in international, corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, and where he currently holds the honorary title of Professor Emeritus for his academic contributions.
Marineau specializes in providing tax planning and structuring services to multinational companies. His customized tax strategies are developed to reduce effective tax rates, improve cash flows, optimize foreign tax credit profiles, minimize withholding taxes, navigate U.S. anti-deferral rules, and maximize U.S. export incentives. Marineau also has a wealth of experience in compiling transfer pricing studies to document compliance with U.S. and foreign transfer pricing rules and regulations.
