On the back of strong growth in its corporate business practice, leading chartered accountants Francis Clark has appointed a new audit partner based in the west of the region.
Duncan Leslie joins Francis Clark from the Reading office of 'Big Four' firm Deloitte where he led the Private Companies and Entrepreneurs ('PCE') services acting as trusted business adviser and senior statutory auditor to privately owned businesses in the Thames Valley.
The 43 year-old chartered accountant was educated in Newton Abbot and Exeter before graduating from the University of Birmingham. His role at Francis Clark will be based across the firm's Plymouth and Truro offices and will focus on delivery of audit services to larger organisations including public, private and not for profit sectors in Devon and Cornwall.
