Chicago -Joseph O'Neill, a 25-year veteran of the technology industry, recently joined Sikich Investment Banking as a managing director. Based in Seattle, O'Neill will serve technology and other high-growth company clients based in the Pacific Northwest and West Coast.

Prior to joining Sikich Investment Banking, O'Neill founded Tiger Mountain Group LLC, a technology strategy and business development consulting firm. In this role, he worked with growth-oriented technology companies throughout the U.S. and served as co-founder of a number of successful technology start-ups.

Before founding his own company, O'Neill was a vice president for business development at Motorola for new technology deployments. He also spent several years at Motorola Ventures, where he was involved in important acquisitions and developed key partnerships with national venture capital firms. Further, he led Motorola Satellite Communications Group's business development efforts with Teledesic, a broadband satellite venture based in Kirkland, a suburb of Seattle.

Registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a Series 7 General Securities Representative and a Series 79 Limited Investment Banking Representative, O'Neill is also registered with the North American Securities Administrators Association as a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent.

O'Neill holds a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
