Buffalo, NY - Patrick J. Clancy, CPA, CFE, Christopher B. Eckert, CPA and William S. Iannarelli, CPA have been promoted to Director at Freed Maxick CPAS, P.C.
Clancy joined the Firm in 1999 and specializes in attest engagements for manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, not for profit, government, and real estate industries. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and performed numerous due diligence engagements including quality of earnings reports, in addition to having experience in forensic accounting engagements involving fraud and embezzlement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College, is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Eckert joined the Firm in 2001 and specializes in attest and various consulting engagements in the healthcare industry focusing on integrated healthcare delivery systems, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. He is a graduate of Canisius College with both a BS and MBA, and a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and HFMA where he currently serves as the President for the Western New York chapter.
Iannarelli joined the Firm after being at a Big Four firm for 10 years and works in many industries including manufacturing and distribution, transportation and various service industries. His expertise includes both inbound and outbound tax planning and compliance for business entities as well as Ex-pat and In-pat services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, the World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara, and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership CanAm Council.
