Josh specializes in healthcare valuation and serves as the practice leader for Compensation Valuation (CV) services for LBMC. He has extensive experience in this area including valuations for employment, call-coverage, medical director services and collections guarantees/subsidies. Josh's other healthcare experience includes valuations of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and various other types of healthcare companies.

Josh graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from Belmont University. He is a CPA and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) certifications. Josh is also active with Leadership Healthcare and is a member of the Tennessee Healthcare Financial Management Association. He serves as a Board Member for the Brentwood Family YMCA and as a member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville, benefitting the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee.
Josh currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife, Amanda, and three daughters (Addy, Emmy, and Eva).
