Gregory J. Skoda is chairman and co-founder of Skoda Minotti in Cleveland, Ohio, where he actively works with clients to grow and develop their businesses. As a leader at the business advisory firm, Skoda helps clients develop and implement strategic plans, provides creative business and personal tax planning, and assists with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, succession, estate planning and wealth accumulation strategies.

 

Skoda currently serves on a number of business advisory boards and boards of directors, as well as numerous charitable boards, including the board of trustees for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, University Hospitals Case Medical Center and the Finance Committee of University Hospitals Health System. He also serves as chair for the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Committee.

 

Accounting Today recognized Skoda as one of its 100 most influential people and awarded him the Managing Partner Elite award for his creative growth and innovation strategies.

 

Alan Litwin is managing director and co-founder of Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. Ltd. (KLR), one of the largest regional accounting firms in New England. For more than 30 years, Litwin has managed the firm’s operations, including being involved with numerous mergers and acquisitions. He works with many emerging businesses in the life sciences, health care and technology industries to deliver value-added services to many of the firm’s largest clients.

 

Litwin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in the management consulting, technology and tax divisions; the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA), where he has served on several committees; and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). In addition, he is a member of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council and the Medical Group Management Association, and a founding member of LEA Global.
