Schenck’s 2017 Manufacturing Survey is intended to provide insight as to how Wisconsin companies are implementing and using KPIs to drive results, the benefits of monitoring KPIs, and the most commonly tracked metrics.

 

Nearly 90 Wisconsin-based companies responded. The report is a summary of their responses, comments and suggestions, including how and why manufacturers are using KPIs, top sources of KPI data, how KPIs are formatted and reported to employees, top KPIs being measured in five categories, and more.
